7kW AC Charging Piles Put into Operation in Multiple Projects in Shenzhen

The AC charging piles designed and produced by our company have been put into use in multiple projects in Shenzhen, including the New Generation Industrial Park, the Vanke Qianlinshan Residential Community and the Shuiyuan Building.

Since they entered service, the charging piles have been operating stably and reliably, with no safety issues ever reported, and have earned recognition and praise from users.

The 7kW AC charging piles installed in these projects feature a sleek and elegant appearance, an integrated LED indicator light and a 3.5-inch color display. They offer an IP54 dust-proof and waterproof rating, as well as over-voltage, overload, short-circuit, leakage, over-temperature and lightning protection. Charging can be started by scanning a QR code or swiping an RFID card, and the piles support 4G and WiFi communication with OTA remote upgrades. Each pile is equipped with a complete back-office operation and management system and a full user-side mini-program suite. Configurable features include time-of-use electricity pricing, membership stored value, and pay-per-session, pay-per-time or pay-per-kWh billing, with support for integration with parking systems and enterprise OA platforms for unified settlement.

Cloud-based remote monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance enable real-time status monitoring, anomaly alert push notifications and OTA remote firmware upgrades without on-site maintenance. Charging data is uploaded automatically to generate operation reports. Through the charging mini-program, users can check charging status in real time, remotely control start and stop, and schedule charging sessions. The intelligent charging system paired with the piles allows users to conveniently query charging information and pay online, and to start or stop charging remotely – efficient, convenient and well received by vehicle owners.

The deployment of these charging stations provides convenient charging services for new energy vehicle owners, further completes the regional charging network, and contributes to the development of Shenzhen’s new energy vehicle industry and the city’s green and low-carbon transition.
